David Cameron is to face questions from MPs over the agreements reached at the G8 summit over the crisis in Syria and international tax-dodging.
The prime minister has said the pledge to move Syria to a transitional government equates to a "road-map" for the war-torn country.
And he has insisted that moves to tackle tax avoidance and tax evasion could "rewrite the rules".
Mr Cameron will answer questions in the House of Commons from 12:30 BST.
This will follow his weekly Prime Minister's Questions session, which starts at 12:00 BST.
The G8 summit at Lough Erne, County Fermanagh, ended on Tuesday with a communique stating that the conflict in Syria, in which an estimated 83,000 people have died, should end "as soon as possible", with peace talks in Geneva.
'Mutual consent'Resistance from Russian President Vladimir Putin meant there was no explicit reference to ending the rule of Bashar al-Assad, something countries including the UK, France and the US are pushing for.
Instead, the document said a transitional government should be formed "by mutual consent" among the warring sides.
It also included a commitment to keeping the troubled country's military and security forces in tact to avoid a power vacuum should Assad go.
But Labour has accused the government of adopting an overly aggressive stance towards Russia over Syria, which it argues has been counter-productive.
In his post-summit statement, Mr Cameron said pledges to ensure the automatic international exchange of tax information, making clear who owns companies and where they generate profits, could "rewrite the rules".
The G8 leaders also promised to tackle corruption linked to the trade in resources like oil, gas and minerals in the developing world.
And they agreed not to pay ransoms when citizens of the eight member countries are taken hostage around the world.
